Crockett Resource Center and Cell Phones for Soldiers
Kick off
Cell Phone Collection Drive
More than 150,000 troops are serving overseas and are away from their families. Cell Phone for Soldiers and Crockett Resource Center (CRCIL) are calling on all Americans to support our brave men and women by donating their unused cell phones. Cell Phones for Soldiers hopes to collect over 50,000 cell phones to help keep troops connected with their families. The goal is to provide every U. S. Soldier with a way to call home for free.
The phones are sent to ReCellular and recycles for cash. ReCellular pays Cell Phones for Soldiers enough for each donated phone to provide an hour of talk time for our soldiers serving in the Middle East.
Crockett and surrounding area residents can support the collection drive by dropping off phones, Monday through Thursday, at CRCIL, 1020 Loop 304 E, Crockett, Texas. For more information, call CRCIL at 936-544-2811.

New student enrollment for High School students will begin August 16. If your student did not end the 2009-2010
school year as a student in Crockett ISD, he or she must enroll to attend the 2010-2011 school year. Please bring
a copy of your student's transcript, birth certificate, social security card and shot record to the Counselor's Office.
