Leon & Valerie Hunt - Owners

Leon Hunt is the executive manager of Hunt Broadcasting.  Leon is also the owner and head manager of KMVL Radio. He and his wife Valerie have been the owners of this station for over twenty years. They also own KIVY Radio in Crockett, KTKC Radio in Springhill, LA and KJVC Radio in Mansfield, LA. Paul Wright - Mornings & Noon

Paul Wright has been the host of KMVL's morning show since 2004. He has been a radio personality and engineer for over 25 years, having built stations in NC, TN, MI, and MN.    

Born and raised in Texas in a small town just outside of Victoria, Paul began his broadcasting career at several stations in Texas, including KVOJ, KCTA, KANI, KULP, KMKS and KULM.

In 1996 Paul built a talk radio network in MI, which in 1998 he rebuilt in the Twin Cities of MN. In 2003 Paul divested all interest in the Genesis Communication Network and built WVEM, “The Voice Of Evangelism Ministries” just outside of Charlotte, NC. A year later he came to KMVL.

Bill Cavill - Mornings with Paul

 

Born and raised in New Jersey and traveling the country on his own since 1975 Bill worked many different jobs before finally finding a home in Radio in 1989.   

 

Bill joined the ranks of KMVL in 2011 starting in sales and eventually became the side kick on the morning show. He has been in the business for over 20 years, starting in Talk Radio in Portland Oregon to working stations in stations in Colorado and New Mexico.

 

His career highlights include wrestling Randy Rhodes in a charity event, Introducing Stephen Wolf at a biker concert, playing basketball with legendary Harlem Globetrotter Meadowlark Lemmon and working with KMVL Legend Paul Wright.

Johnny Carter - Play by Play

Johnny works with Joey Smith at the play-by-play for all of the Madisonville Mustang sports.  Johnny is a coach at Madisonville High School.  Both of them do a great job at broadcasting Mustang sports to the community.  If you want to listen to Johnny Carter and Joey Smith, listen in to any Madisonville Mustang sports event that is being carried on KMVL Radio.

Joey Smith - Play by Play

Joey does the play-by-play with Johnny Carter for all of the Madisonville Mustang sports events.  Joey is an employee for the Madisonville CISD.  As a team, Joey and Johnny will do their best to bring you the most up-to-date information on whatever Mustang sport that you are listening to.  If you want to listen to Joey Smith and Johnny Carter, simply tune in to any Madisonville Mustang sports event on KMVL Radio.
